Shipping Policy


· Customers will be held responsible for the accurate shipping information they insert while placing an order. All returned packages will be subject to shipping fees.

· Customers are advised to check their items thoroughly as soon as they receive them. However, if you feel one of the items is faulty, reach out to our customer support team within 48 hours of receipt of your order.

· We ship out items Monday – Friday. However, orders placed on major United States holidays and weekends will be shipped on the next business day.

· We currently use UPS for our shipping.

· The shipping carrier will provide you with a tracking number, and we will offer further updates regarding your order with the tracking information.

· We offer free shipping on orders $100 and over.


· Orders for Express Shipping must be done by 3:30pm Central Time Monday –Friday for processing.

· Customers will be responsible for the extra shipping costs if the express shipping is used.


· Every handbag, hair accessory, sunglasses, undergarments, jewelry, and special orders on our site are final sale.

· On the other hand, clearance/sale items are also final sale, and cannot be returned for store credit and cannot be exchanged.


· We are unable to guarantee the item/size you need will be available once your return is received. Therefore, we highly recommend placing an order for the item/size you would like and returning the other for a full refund.

· We do not offer price adjustments.


We ensure processing of refunds within 3-5 business days of package receipt. All credits are issued back to the original payment method. Usually, it takes 1-3 business days for the refund to reflect in your bank account. However, your bank may require extra days to process your refund.


If you would prefer store credit instead of an exchange, kindly inform us in your return order and we will be glad to provide you with online credit equivalent to the value of the returned item.
